Prosegur presented its new POS Front Office solution integrated in ITOS’s IC-600S mobile device at the recent edition of the 2017 Madrid Retail Congress. Said device allows personnel to manage orders in any part of the shop, in addition to sending the payment order to the Front Office terminal and printing the customer’s purchase receipt.
With the new integrated Front Office solution, Prosegur offers retail businesses the possibility of improving the customer experience with more personalised attention and faster payment. Cash management is outsourced and the customers perform the payment transaction themselves.
