Cronos®: the world’s first MDM with an AI agent
During his presentation in the Getnet room, Fernando Senante showed the latest innovations of Cronos®, our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform specialized in payment terminals.
Cronos® is a solution that was born with the objective of responding to one of the great challenges of the sector: the efficient and secure management of large POS terminals. Over the years, we have incorporated functionalities that allow financial institutions, fintechs and payment service providers to have full control of their devices. Thus, they optimize their operation and reduce operating costs.
In this issue of Secure Payments we present a breakthrough: the incorporation of artificial intelligence in Cronos®.
This solution, already in production, thus becomes the first MDM in the world to integrate an artificial intelligence agent, designed to manage payment terminals quickly, accurately and securely.
The Cronos® AI agent allows you to interact in natural language, without the need to be an expert. It also ensures infrastructure security through encryption, regulatory compliance and data protection. Its intelligent validations ensure that every action is confirmed and executed correctly. Therefore, operational errors and risks are avoided.
The agent acts in three key areas: informative, providing quick access to data, reports and logs; executive, facilitating the execution of commands, installation of applications and creation of device groups; and analytical.
Speed, accuracy and scalability
Cronos® with AI executes processes in seconds, with precision, ensuring that nothing is carried out without confirmation. Its scalability makes it possible to manage from small groups of devices to large POS parks with the same efficiency. Thanks to its executive capability, which is especially innovative, we have total control. Thus, we have immediate visibility over the terminals in real time, as Fernando showed during the presentation.
